Book a drop-off time
Bookings are essential to sell with us. Pick a store and give us an idea of what you'll bring in, then lock in a time (it'll take about 5 minutes to book). The drop-off itself takes around 10 minutes. You leave your bag with our buyers and the rest is up to us.
FAQ
We buy Lee Mathews clothing and accessories that are in good condition and are ready to wear. Items need to be freshly washed, free from staining or damage. We recommend making any small repairs to your items prior to bringing them in. Our buyers assess every piece individually. If something needs a little attention before it's ready, we'll let you know.
Yes, you're welcome to include other items in your drop-off. For each booking we accept 40 items in one bag. Your Lee Mathews pieces and other items will be assessed separately, so you'll receive two offers in your SWOP account for the one drop-off. Both offers will arrive around the same time.
If you accept an offer on your Lee Mathews pieces, you can choose to be paid via a Lee Mathews gift card, SWOP credit or cash. The choice is always yours and you'll see all of these options in your offer.
Lee Mathews Gift Cards can be used online and in any Lee Mathews store. The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
To resell your pre-loved Lee Mathews pieces, bring them into one of our SWOP stores and leave them with our buyers, then the rest is up to us. We have stores in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, all open 10am–6pm daily.
Our buyers are trained specialists, they rigorously check every item for condition and authenticity. We apply this same approach to all items, including your Lee Mathews pieces.
