Store credit can be redeemed for goods at www.swop.net.au only. Store  credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date it is issued. Any unused store credit will not be redeemable after 3 years. The validity date cannot be extended.

Once store credit has been issued, the value cannot be changed to cash refund.

Store credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account or email address. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

SWOP will not be responsible for any lost or stolen store credit.

If an order made using store credit is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the store credit will be restored to your account only, and not refunded as cash.

SWOP reserves the right to correct the balance of your store credit if we believe that a clerical or account error has occurred.

SWOP sells previously owned goods, and all items are sold “as is”. Please keep in mind that the expected level of quality and performance might be lower for second hand goods, depending on factors such as age and wear. We take all care to ensure we resell quality items, but our pieces are classified as vintage or second-hand goods under Australian Consumer Law, thus returns are not accepted, unless on grounds of authenticity. For authenticity claims please provide an official letter from a reputable Authentication Company or the brand that states the item you purchased is not authentic with reference to the product’s serial number. This proof must be provided before we proceed with a refund.

SWOP Clothing Exchange Pty Ltd (ABN 26601615605) (“SWOP”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your right to privacy and this policy sets out how we collect and manage your personal information, including personal information collected via www.swop.net.au (“our website”).
